Really lovely hotel with excellent amenities. The housekeeping staff were excellent and need a raise! Couldn’t ask for more, the pool and jacuzzi were excellent and the hotel restaurant was great! Will be staying here again in future when we come back to Johannesburg. MINT made our stay so comfortable and relaxing

Beautiful hotel! I was very comfortable during my stay at Mint 84. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the updated decor and the shower water pressure was strong and hot. I highly recommend.

Lovely stay

We stayed for just one night, but this place is lovely. Service at the desk is fantastic, and the quality of the accommodations measures up to it. The bed is a little firm, otherwise it would’ve received five stars across the board.

The staff is amazing. Everything is very clean and easy. Except for the breakfast. The said it was included and they charged me separately. There’s nno buffet, you have to order from the menu and it’s not really cheap.

Most of the staff was courteous. Interacted with some not so friendly. Dining staff was very nice and courteous. My experience was a terrible one. To start off, the sink and toilet did not drain properly. Maintenance fit the situation promptly. The entire restroom including walls, floors, ceiling had a serious moisture problem. Everything l had in the restroom had to be dried everyday. Cleanliness of the room was fair. Had to call for towels after the room was cleaned. Did not have adequate amount of towels in room. The ones we had was used to cut down on the moisture throughout the room.With all do respect, l was highly disappointed with my stay.

Great Value - but please fix access to upper floor

Executive Room very spacious and comfortable & clean Staff really pleasant and helpful Only issues were with the Lift and the restaurant: 1. Elevator VERY noisy between level 1 & 2 and had to move rooms because it was ALWAYS very noisy 2. Cant actually get to any upper floors without first climbing up two sets of stairs just to get to the elevator 3. In house restaurant was over priced and VERY slow
