The food is really good and cheap! I had a smoking room, yes, you heard me, you can smoke in some rooms. Everything was good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I will go back to Townlodge Graystone

I will go back to Townlodge Graystone Drive any time. Great place, very warm reception, smiling faces at the desk, the bar, the breakfast area. Townlodge also has wonderful stand-by taxi drivers -very friendly, supportive and patient with customers. Special mention to my taxi driver and friend Edi. Great value for price

Well since it is good for people that are budget constrained the rooms are small - aligned to the low budget. The cleaning stuff need to up their service a bit.

They asked me to move to another hotel. When I got to that hotel. No booking was made and no one could help me. Spent three hours at reception until someone was able to assist. Do not recommend.

No invoice for hotel.com bookings

Sufficient for a night or two On a special deal value for money. Shower floor could be redone. Not much privacy in the bathroom - toilet behind pretty loose sliding door and wash basin not separated from the room at all although in a position not too close to the bed. A big problem for me - no sockets at the bed and only one two prong socket at the miniature desk. So bring your own extension if you want to watch that movie on your laptop in bed and the battery is low. For some reason the manager did not want to provide the invoice because I booked through Hotels.com and insisted on my telephone number. If you don't want to give them yours just give any so the "system" can be used to check you in.

The Duty let another guest into our room...

A generally nice experience - marred only by the duty manager allowing another guest into our room at 07:15 odd on a Saturday morning. Clearly the guest got the room number wrong - and the duty manager - did not check the room number (as we were staying for 3 nights - and this was night 1 of 3).. When I confronted the duty manager - he said that HIS manager had said he must open the door. He said that his manager would contact me to apologise. I am still waiting for that contact. Unprofessional behavior that smacks of a lack of attention to detail. Really bad experience..... Wifi was also very sporadic.

Hotel bom, bem localizado. O check-in foi um pouco demorado, tive a impressão de que minha não conseguiram encontrar minha reserva no sistema, uma vez que me pediram para comprovar com documentação que tinha reservado. Outro ponto negativo é a inexistência de elevador. Ficamos no primeiro andar e precisamos subir muitas malas por meio da escada.
