"Convenient place to stay if you have an early flight from JFK. Clean, well lit, spacious rooms. The hotel’s shuttle bus took about half hour to get to terminal 8. Friendly staff. Overall experience let down by slow check-in. Something I imagine is fixable."

"Nice room for a night to sleep The TV played old movie/Shows No amenities like refrigerator no blow dryer microwave etc. and all the soap was in a dispenser on the wall. The room was clean and staff was nice It could’ve been better for the money spent"

"The ambiance is great! However they need more staff during the busiest hours and days the lines are long for a ready made breakfast. I ordered Champagne and strawberries with chocolate and whip cream I waited for over two hours from my scheduled time, I called down to the front desk several times while trying to enjoy our celebration. Very disappointed then magically the phone in our suite stopped working so I had to use my cell phone to call and cancel it. Drinks at both bars were great but be ready to spend. The staff at the restaurant and bar were great! The breakfast was not good however dinner was really nice and the chef came out and greeted us. The suite was lovely and clean, overall the hotel was clean and beautiful. The elevator was chaotic and had a line I want to note this was during Valentines Day weekend and one elevator was out of service so we had one to use to go up. I believe the other was being used for something not sure entirely. The parking garage is within walking distance and the hotel has a discount you can use upon checking out."

"Was only there for a short overnight stay but it met all my needs. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient."

"This is our second time staying at Four Points by Sheraton. We enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any special request we had. Very conveniently located to Downtown Main Street, Flushing, NY. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room on this trip, since we spent so much time exploring new restaurants that opened since last year in Flushing. Shuttle pickup is a very nice and convenient amenity. Pick up was quick and the driver who picked us up from the airport and the one that drove us back to the airport, were very friendly and professional. We will be staying here again on our next visit to NY. "
