Big Sur Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at the lodge for 3 days with 3 teens. We had a LOVELY time, and that is saying a lot!
The rooms were spacious, and every day, they delivered firewood and started for the fireplace at no charge. There is no internet ANYWHERE in Big Sur, but we had great connection at the convention center as well as the lodge. Also, the water pressure was great and we always had hot water.
The staff was top tier. They had great recommendations for"
"Property was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It is also really close to other cafes that we visited (Earthbound Farms was so good). Will for sure stay here again."
"The views are perhaps one of the best in the world. Big, mature pines on the side of a cliff with spectacular ocean views. Clean rooms, modern bathroom, and one of the best showers I've ever experienced. Not restricted super spray, but real water volume and endless hot water. When you arrive, your name is on a little white board indicating your room number. Go to your room and get your key from a lock box. Lock box combination is on your paperwork. Enjoy. Below the cabins is an area with a bench and there is one above the cabins as well. Incredible views!"
"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Valley Inn. Wonderful location, serene and idyllic setting, with easy access to great restaurants, vineyards, farm stands, cafes, etc. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well lit. Plenty of parking, lovely outdoor area with pool and lounging chairs. Perfect spot to unwind and relax. Looking forward to returning to the Hidden Valley Inn."
