Affordable Hotel for Short Stay

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and the price was very affordable. However, the condition of the toilet, towels, and bedsheets could be improved; the towels and bedsheets had a slight yellowing, the aircon also making some noise throughout the night. On the plus side, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided a toothbrush, 2 bottles of mineral water, and one-time use slippers, which was a nice touch.

Need improvement on essentials

(1) Both bath towels were not changed for the two night stay after the room service done on the next day. Is it a practice from the hotel or forgotten ? (2) Toilet area can have more hooks for hanging bath towels or clothing at the big empty space wall.

A little request to get toilet paper but was turned down by the receptionist. For the bath foam & shampoo, only a little bottle of each was given. Hello, we are 2 adults and normally hotels supplying 2 sets. No corridor lights as think the bulb not working, yet no maintenance. Lift was too dark inside. Overall, think the management is too stingy. Not worth the price paid.

My stay with family

Good stay. But my car was sumon. Indicated in the website is free parking but in actual fact it is not. Beware. But hotel staff was nice after me making noises and he paid off my sumon approx 2 hrs after my checkout. Breakfast was limited. Not much choices. 4 adults fighting over with 2pkts of nasi lemak😂😂 Overall, stay was cheap n affordable.

It was all good until the check out.

Convenient place with food, supermarket around the place. Everything is convenient. However, it was spoiled by disappearance of front office staff during our check out. We checked out early at 10.30am as we had intended to go for lunch before our taking train home. We rang the bell and even the staff at the cafeteria said she had called & check on them. Passed 20 minutes, 2 ladies came and there was no apologies from them till I said, 'we waited for 20 minutes and you didn't even say sorry?' Only then she apologised. It was my 1st experienced to see a front desk counter empty. I hope this won't happen again as its a good place to stay.
