골프 플레이시간이 오전8시라서 다른호텔에서 숙박을하고 골프장으로 가려니 시간이 빠듯해서, 저녁숙박을 폰데로사 리조트로 정하고 숙박후 아침에 준비해서 골프를 치디가 중간에 체크아웃을 함. 매우 만족함

It might be a good place for held event but terrible for stay ! Very very old room, towel is old and dirty, room is not comfort and not clean. The bed come with stain on it, the floor is non carpet and dirty if step bare foot. Our first room has no air-con, the central air-con is not working at all and we felt hard to breath in the room. Then when we try to call the reception and found its closed at 10pm.. need to call the duty officer with mobile number.. We not really manage to sleep well the night. The only thing good with this hotel is the room is big. Other than that, nothing I feel good.

All rooms have defects, Very bad breakfast and services, club staffs very impolite. Ridiculous breakfast charges. A breakfast drink charge is similar to the entire breakfast charge. Very very poor and disappointed. Will not patronize the place anymore.

Late check in arranged without any issues... However, the front desk barely spoke any english so any questions about our stay and our golf arrangements were next to impossible. No food available after around 9pm apart from a strange, dated chinese restaurant with very limited menu. Wrong directions for transfer to Impian Emas GC & Resort given, plus transfer car picked us up 20 minutes late. Lobby front desk staff (2 ladies) were next to no help and ended up passing me the phone to resolve the issues we faced myself - Thanks ladies, great service. Room (suite) was huge but old, very dated, poorly decorated with thin sheets and two large seperate Queen-sized beds... very strange. Overall i wouldn't stay here again or recommend the location unless playing early the next day then leaving the next day. Better off staying at a more central location and transferring for your round of golf.

Is an old resort, but many local came for golf, many children came for a swim. the room is next to the pool so is very noisy. If you want to have a quiet rest, this will not be the place to stay.

Check In staff felt courious on payment of the room. I have to show my iterinary until he satisfied. It seems payment hasn't reached them when hey looked in their system. This contributed delay to the room.

Worn out property with intrinsic beauty

Junior suite was spacious and toilet had both bathtub and shower. Can see bits and pieces of Improvements to the place like the toilet in the room and in the waiting lobby. However, the room had missing window netting, broken window lock, broken cupboard and really dusty at the window corners and toilet corners. Apart from these, the beds were comfy and the chairs were clean. Swimming pool was huge but really looked run down. Evening view was awesome and meals at the cafeteria was nice. Simple breakfast but nice to eat.

Close to Singapore

We took a bus from Singapore Changi Airport to the border of Singapore and another bus to the border of Malaysia then a taxi to the hotel. We spent two nights in Malaysia before flying out from Singapore. If you want a cheap stay without the expense, Malaysia is a great option. The swimming pool was amazing: 50m. The breakfast was local food. If you want to shop for supplies, a short and cheap taxi ride to the local shopping centre is not far. Singapore customs are very strict so declare everything if you are not sure otherwise you may get fined.

this is my first time facing that the hotel want to down grade my junior suite room to deluxe room due to the room is unfuntionable , and their attitude is terrible, even they down grade me but they won't charge me and no refund due to they add extra bed for me although the one I booking is much bigger @@ during check out they even pass me wrong documents for me to sign @@ the room got smell of the termites formicide , the room is quite dark as few bulbs are spoil

좋은 호텔입니다.

골프클럽내에 있는 호텔로 수영장은 경기용 수영장규모로 훌륭합니다. 골프도 저렴하게 이용가능하며, 조식은 매우 가격이 좋으나 현지식입니다.주변지역도 괜찮으나 골프장 내에 잇는 관계로 걸어서 이용은 불가능합니다. 룸은 매우 크고 좋습니다. 가격대비 최고입니다.

Relaxing stay.

The rooms were fairly big, enough to accommodate for my wife and two kids. It is a good place for a short stay. Quite and cosy. 15 mins drive from woodlands checkpoint. Lots of nearby amenities, all within a 10-15 mins drive. And the staff were all very friendly.

部屋はよかったのですが、ゴルフ場の中のリゾートホテルなのか１０時を過ぎるとフロントの人も居なくセキュリティの人のみでチエックインの後ポットが使えなかったり冷蔵庫が付いてなかったりのお願いが出きませんでした。それと土曜日の朝食はイベントの為,用意出来ない旨もを前日に案内がありませんでしたので、何も食べられずそのまま迎えの車でシンガポールに出発しました。もう少しサービスが良ければ---。
