Though an older motel, room was clean, beds were nice with the bed cover felt like home. Room very clean and quiet. Five or six eateries within a five minute walk. Breakfast of waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread and coffee seemed a little slight but more than enough for me. Excellent hotel for the price. Will definetly stay here again!

Not the fanciest but a really nice place. Room was very nice, everything clean. TV had good cable reception. And, I felt safe. I don't really require a lot, but as a single woman, I need to feel safe. Didn't really meet staff as I was there for just one night, but check-in/check-out was a breeze!! This place is a really great value. Its not the Taj Mahal...you need to know that going in...we stayed 2 times. Once going to Florida and then, on the way back to Indiana. The first time our room was spotless but had a gnat problem (drippy bath tub faucet, I'm guessing was the culprit) but otherwise- the room was adequate, nothing fancy but we dont need that. It was absolutely spotless both stays. Could it use a little updating?? Maybe? The tub in both rooms were pretty badly in need of some tlc but- otherwise, I think they are fine. I've been in way more expensive hotels that weren't nearly as clean. Its just a nice, simple, appears to be family owned and operated...little place. Didn't see the pool and the breakfast was adequate. I can't eat most of it because of food sensitivities but, I'm used to that with a continental breakfast. Front desk staff super kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable, it wasn't noisy at all.. and in a great location with a little antique store and mexican restaurant within walking distance. Yeah, in this economy- at that rate- it is just about perfect. I think they get a lot of repeat customers from what we gathered at breakfast. We wouldn't even hesitate to stay again.
