Comfy, friendly staff but a little tired looking

The people were all great, quick check-in, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included which was limited in choice compared to my past experience several years ago but you could still have a hearty breakfast. The location is very handy for the centre of town, indeed you can walk to most places very easily and quickly. My only gripe with my room on the third floor was how tired and worn the room and furniture were.

The hotel assigned me a room with 2 tiny windows up under the ceiling (about 2.5 m above the floor). Bed lamp didn't work, Ceiling lamp didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work. I asked for a different room, similar to what I had booked and paid for, but the hotel claimed they were fully booked. This was however not true, since there were still rooms of the same type available on hotels.com.

Skön säng och svart mögel

Börjar med det som var bra. RIKTIGT sköna sängar tyckte vi, och ok frukost. Mindre bra, dålig städning. Damm och intorkad potionssnus under sängen, binda och snusdosa i soptunnan, den ena sänglampan vad trasig, dörren till toaletten var svår att stänga (lös i gångjärnen) och i duschen fanns det svartmögel. Skrev recension till företaget. Betalade extra för husdjursvistelse (extra städning) som inte känns schysst när det är så pass ostädat.
