No breakfast available when they have it listed on the site. Disappointing to those who book for those reasons. The pictures are completely opposite of what you walk into as well.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and while it probably was it still smelled smoky and musty. There was a bug. And also little red spots on the sheets which made us search the room to make sure there weren’t any bedbugs. We didn’t see any and didn’t seem to get any but it did make us nervous, so it was hard to go to sleep. I think the mustiness probably made the room seem dirtier than it probably was but smells will do that.

Nice people/Not so nice rooms
The level of cleanliness at this hotel was simply unacceptable. The staff members at the front desk were very nice.

The hallway and the room smelled terrible ,the 1st room (nonsmoking) smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a pair of men's underwear behind the bathroom door and pubic hair in the tub, the other room was a little better until my wife saw a cockroach go up the wall. WILL NOT be back

This place was just OK for a one-night stay, passing through Neosho on your way to elsewhere. However, my non-smoking room was receiving a healthy dose of smoke wafting up from either another guest’s room or the owner’s quarters downstairs. With the so-so cleanliness, the smell of smoke was enough to make me want to choose a different hotel the next time I’m in the area. There are many to choose from in Southwest Missouri.

Cute Little Lodge
We absolutely loved this little lodge on our trip to Kansas City and back to pick up some furniture. I love that it has a family type atmosphere and is appropriate for all ages. I also loved the at home feeling!

It's ok.Needs bigger pillows.Had ppl making noise where couldn't sleep Went to front desk and told them.The walked knocked on the door. Told him to be quiet and go to bed . They made a little bit more noise. And finally went to bed. Well I'm glad the hotel staff went down there and told him to stop.

Cute hotel, but no breakfast, coffee not hot.
Hotel.com says free breakfast: there wasn’t any kind of breakfast and coffee was not hot.

The property itself wasn’t bad. The issue is how the staff handles situations. Our toilet overflowed we went to the front desk all she did was give me a plunger. Well that still didn’t help the issue, so I went back down. She gave me a new room we get there the toilet will not flush again and the tv won’t work. The manager the next day just went up to the 2nd room acted like the toilet works and never came to our room that overflowed to see what we dealt with!

The room was clean and the staff was reasonably friendly. First, I feel outside the hotel moving our bags into the room on uneven pavement. The lighting was non-existent at the entrance to the hallway of the rooms. That's why I fell. There was not even granola bars for breakfast...only coffee. There was a "religious" convention going on with an Asian group. Kids were literally running up and down the stairs and running across the room above us ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Consequently, I could not sleep at all. When I mentioned the noise at checkout, the desk employee just apologized saying there was a "religious" group staying there and pointing to the folks that were drinking coffee. Also, one of the Asian ladies said to my daughter, "Take trash", while handing her a trash bag. Unbelievable!!

Could use a little TLC
Staff is always friendly and polite. Needing a little TLC. Minor repairs are needed, but not bad for its age. DEFINITELY needs an elevator. This trip I forgot to call ahead and make sure we had a ground floor room because wife has had knee replacement surgery and has difficulties climbing stairs. Pool closed and no breakfast.

Worst room ever!
The building stunk like cigarettes. There was a chicken bone in the floor of our room. The pool wasn't open like the reservation said. There was no breakfast like the reservation site said. The tub leaked into the floor.

The lobby was cute- the rooms, hallways and surrounding property was disgustingly filthy. I am super easy to get along with and have a high tolerance for most things. That said- an example would be; the bottoms of my feet were tar black after taking my shoes off. I washed them off and put socks on- they also turned pitch black. I then laid towels down on floor so I could walk around the room- then had no towels to shower with. Just one example. It was the worst hotel room I have ever been in.

It was clean enough, and functional enough for the price. Felt perfectly safe and comfortable if that's all you're looking for. The pool was closed in mid-June. Nothing on their website or expedia listing made this clear as they all state outdoor pool is available seasonally. Mid June seems pretty unquestionable. Several vending machines were broken. Continental breakfast is not actually available (also stated on their website and expedia listing). They recommended "Denny's serves breakfast" Well yeah, but they're not even walking distance. Burger King also serves breakfast and at least it's in the same parking lot.
