"The view was spectacular. The birds were cheeky and will steal food if left unattended. Buggy was convenient and easy to use. Staff were very helpful"

"Great location for afternoon sun, good size etc. Had an issue when asking if we could have some extra towels, simple request made 3 times, only to finally to get a very unhelpful lady of the phone. Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent. "The place itself was quite old but we honestly didn’t care. We were absolutely so impressed with how spacious the place was, how convenient the check in was being late after the reception closed. The house itself was actually beautifully made and well kept, I think it was just very old and needs a little paint job and the cabinetry needs to be updated. The place was still beautiful though nonetheless. Quite impressed. "
