โLove little places like this. Beats a hotel 6 ways from Sunday.
You can park right outside the door. No lugging your bags all over, no loud people up and down the hall. It's like your own little "Tiny house"

โRenovated property just outside of Mendocino. Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk who were more than willing to accommodate our requests for extra coffee, towels etc. Property consists of a group of buildings each with 2-3 rooms; looks like most of the rooms have been recently renovated to high standards. Our room was very large but looked like it had the original bathroom. But it was very clean and nicely furnished.

โVery clean, nostalgic feel and friendly. Close to town but not in town. The gardens are great for an evening stroll, glass of wine or just to visit with friends. I would definitely stay there again. The free breakfast is minimal, but still free, no complaints here at all. โ
โThe property owners made us feel welcomed easy to check in. Communicated with us to ensure we made it safely. The property is extremely cute, clean and comfortable. Checked into a cute room with clean and comfortable sheets. Made our anniversary vacation extra special with flowers and wine. Walked around got to enjoy the property spaces library and water tower. Can say enough aboutthe property loved it. โ
โWhen we first arrived 27 minutes earlier the lady said the room was not ready so we went back to the car for 3:00 pm check in. I think she knew I was a bit irritated that we couldnโt check in early and she came out to the parking lot to get us.. when I opened the door I chuckled as the room was super small. That didnโt bother me because it was super clean. I picked the cheapest room they had so it makes sense that it was tiny. Most important super clean.. โ

So I paid around $30 more to get restroom includedโฆ LOLZ

โWe only stayed one night, so my review will be limited. The bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good nightโs rest. Parking was a little tight but overall a very nice placeโ
โThey were very nice and accommodating, they checked on us to see how things were, definitely our new honeymoon/anniversary spot. I loved that they werenโt too over crowded, very confident location, the masseuse was great and the front desk lady was a complete delight. 110% recommend!!โ
