"The room was clean. There were some ants in the room but it is spring in the Northwest so I am tolerant. Stayed with our dog. We were on the first floor so super easy to get her out when needed -- grass is just down the alley.
The room is a bit spartan. One armchair, one desk chair, a little shelf / closet area, and a teeny desk. We stayed for 3 nights and it was kind of hard to relax in the room or work in the room. The room is pretty large and the furniture felt undersized or under-populated for the space. We found a coffee shop to work in and a few different spots around town to hang out. We were there to have our dog get care at OSU so we had time on our hands -- not sure if the room furnishings would be as big an issue for folks in town for a more active purpose.
The staff are so nice here. Every single person was very kind and helpful.
The proximity to the commercial district is the biggest selling point. You can walk everywhere in just a few minutes.
End of the day... I would stay here again.
