June Lake, California hotel rooms at the Independent

"I had a small room issue with a screaming baby in the room next to me. Front end staff, a younger male, very quickly addressed the situation, insisted that they help me move my belongings and gave me a room with a much nicer view. This team member deserves to be recognized for understanding customer service! He truly made me feel like my happiness was important, something very lost in business today. Beyond that the hotel is quite nice, quiet, and I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was a little older but we loved all the space. Everything was in good condition. Huge condo with plenty of space for everyone. This condo had 4 beds up in the loft. Then 2 queens in one bedroom and a king in the 2nd bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice place. The pool was not heated properly and was freezing nor did the phone system worked. Overall we had a great turn"

"Our first trip to Mammoth, and this was a great place to stay. Clean condos with friendly staff. Located within a shopping area, it was easy to grab something to eat, jump in the pool, fitness centers, and shop! Located near grocery shopping and the downtown area was easy to get to. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Danny was amazing and gave us an amazing room. The room was nice and was just what we needed. The pool was heated and amazing. The coffee shop was delicious and amazing staff. It’s not far from many fun activities. Mammoth is an amazing vacation spot and this hotel made it better. "

"I loved having a kitchen and clean and well functioning shower. The area and view was beautiful. For communication, I would go and ask the desk for any info. My only recommendation is that the windows are cleaned for better views. "

"This motel always has great accommodations and service. We have been coming here for decades, and they have upgraded the rooms accordingly. I love staying here although there has to be a better way to get our gear up the stairs "
