“This is THE place to stay in Pucallpa! My first time here but I will definitely be staying here next time. The property is beautiful and quiet and the staff is very friendly. They also have a dieta friendly menu in restaurant. ”

“The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. ”

“Reserva Amazonica is a beautiful property located 40mins by bost from Puerto Maldonado. We spent 2 nights there and generally had a good experience. The lodges are beautiful, clean and well equipped and staff is really nice and attentive. The nature surrounding the hotel is beautiful and there are some small animals / birds that can be found on property. The included excursions are interesting (we mostly enjoyed the canopy walk and lake Sandoval). Unfortunately, we were there during a cold spell...

“Our experience was amazing! This was an experience that I have always dreamed about. The guides for the excursions were the best. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I will never forget all the beautiful sounds that you wake up to in the rainforest. The lodge was very eco friendly and the rooms were very clean. The rooms only have three walls so it is normal to find an insect here and there. I will definitely be returning. ”

“Hotel mas que hostel, a 10 minutos andando a la Plaza de Pto Maldonado y a 3 minutos del mercado central. Interiores bien, aunque algo oscuros. Habitacion muy tranquila, limpia, con armarios y mesas suficientes. Lo mejor el personal, pues los dueños son como de tu familia por el trato amable, las facilidades y el desayuno excepcional con zumo natural, huevos y mucho mas. Muy comodo y barato, repetiria por el trato humano y el precio.”
