Hyvä sijainti ja taidetta seinällä. Kohde on uuden oloisessa talossa aivan keskustan lähellä. Jotenkin tykkään myös siitä, että huoneisto on yksi aivan normaalissa asuintalossa, jossa siis asuu vakituisesti ihmisiä omassa kodissaan.

Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittava ja sänky oli hyvä. Pyykinpesukone tarpeellinen mikä majoittuu pidemmän aikaa. Astianpesukonetta kaipasin. Astiatkin puhdistúisivat paremmin. Rakennus oli uusi, mutta ilmastointi oli heikko. Kattoterassi mukava lisä. Lattiapinta oli tuhruinen ja läikikäs. Muuten yleisilme oli siisti.Rauhallinen ympäristö.

Äänekäs majoitus

Huoneiston seinänaapurissa on nuorison asuttama kämppä, jossa vietetään viikonloppuisin railakkaita bileitä aamu 04.00 asti. Äänet kuuluvat selkeästi seinän läpi. Kolmesta majoitus yöstä kahtena yönä bileet. Lisäksi arkisin yläkerran naapurissa piikataan kylpyhuonetta, joka aloitetaan klo 8.00 (kesäkuu 2020).

Ainoa miinus oli parkkipaikkojen puute. Tarjolla oli parkkihalli, joka oli hyvä, mutta eläkeläiselle liian kallis, kun invakorttiakaan ei saanut käyttää.

Rekommenderas

Tvårumslägenhet med komplett kök och bastu. Perfekt centralt läge i lugnt bostadsområde. 300 meter till mässan där vi arbetade och 200 meter till folklivet. Stor lägenhet med enkel inredning men allt man behöver. Balkong var extra trevligt då vädret var strålande. Kommer man, som vi, sent så måste man plocka upp nyckeln på kontoret för att sedan åka till lägenheten. Extremt bra valuta för pengarna och trevlig personal.

Kodinomaista asumista lomalla

Olimme pari yötä pienten lastemme kanssa entisessä kotikaupungissa. Hotelli/asunto oli todella positiivinen yllätys, iso, siisti ja kaikin tavoin mahtavasti varusteltu lomakoti, olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin!
