We were disappointed to find out at check in that the pool was closed due to pieces of the ceiling that had fallen into the pool and they were waiting on a repair. I wish we would have known that ahead of time."

"Fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately at 4am, the wind outside shifted from the north, carrying down valley the odor from the paper pulp mill in Johnsonburg. Very unpleasant to say the least. Sleep was over. The odor envelopes the entire town of Ridgeway and valley. Not the fault of the hotel, it’s a great stay. Strangely enough, check the wind direction forecast!"

"Property is clean. It is located close to the road so you can hear the traffic and trucks all night long if you are a light sleeper. The bed is VERY firm as well. The shower pressure is really good and the water gets hot— nice and relaxing after hiking and looking for elk."
