“Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.”

“The location is literally only a short stroll from several of Baguio's major attractions. Nearby are several excellent restaurants, a grocery store, a spa, and a salon. I've also seen a pharmacy for last-minute needs. You can practically take a taxi from the hotel's front area to the destination of your choice, making transportation there quite simple. “No hot water in the unit”

“Overall the house is clean and comfy but the road to this place is terrible, bumpy, uneven, rocky and very narrow. Itherwise, it's a nicebaccomodation especially for a lrge number of people. Caloy is very helpful!”

“Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. ”

“Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....

“When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). “Caretaker was nice, he attended to all our needs. The house is kinda old. The wood floors always make sound so it’s very noisy. There were cockroaches in the bedrooms. The road to the house is not paved and made our stay very difficult since we have to go in and out almost every day.”
