"Outdated rooms, hair on the sheets that were explained as “it just there from laundry accidentally”, poor cleaning of rooms in general. I had to switch 2 rooms to find the one with clean sheets and bathroom, and clean microwave! They def charge money for the location. I will never stay in this “plaza” that feels like a cheap, outdated motel. Spent xtra $200 and find a better hotel!! Don’t ruin your visit to Grand Canyon! 2 stars for reception workers! They were great!! "

"Great location in the park, very spacious room, modern furniture. Some issues with cleanliness (stained bed sheets and bra found behind the armchair) and bathroom facilities (slow bath tub drainage and musty shower curtains). Not an issue, but a microwave would have been nice. Polite and courteous staff."

"Had a great stay. Nice property, set back from road and highway. Room was on the backside of hotel and surprisingly quiet. Wooded grounds were nicely landscaped. Would stay again."

"We arrived at 12:30 pm and were told our room would be ready at 2:00 pm. So we hung out in the nice lobby until 2:00 pm to check in. When we asked to check in they said our room was ready but there was a $35 fee for early check ins - that is any time before 3:00 pm. Arghh. "
