Very convenient for dining and shops in Kotohira and shrine. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious.

Kotohira Onsen Onyado Shikishimakan was 1 of about 8 hotels we stayed at over about 2 weeks in Japan. While all the places we stayed were good, this was the best. Their onsen is outstanding as were the meals. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience the Real Japan!
