I had a wonderful time at Svenska Kakinada. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight, and I loved having so many options at the Global Buffet. The staff were warm and helpful, and the gaming zone gave us plenty to do together. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere made the stay relaxing. I’d gladly visit again.

I have been regularly traveling to Kakinada and have stayed at all the hotels there. While GRT used to be the best hotel, but now Svenska has beaten it. They have much nicer and much bigger rooms, with top-end fittings & fixtures. Their bed is simply heavenly, providing the best sleep experience in Kakinada, which is the most important criteria for a business traveler. Their food is also tasty and I found the pricing to be much more reasonable than other hotels. Well done and keep it up!

This hotel has such a nice vibe. Ultra chic & trendy. Great location overlooking massive green belt. Very convenient when flying in from Vizag or Rajahmundary airport. Well connected to railway station as well. Best part is proximity to the main Kakinada industrial area in Vakalpudi, which is the hub for all oil & gas activities in the town. Within 5mins, you reach Vakalpudi by car. Even the port and Kakinada beach is not far. And SRMT Mall, the best destination for eating, shopping, multiplex, drinking, etc. is just a km away and they provide complimentary transfers. Cannot go wrong with this hotel. Just hope that they don't raise their prices as I got it cheaper than GRT and Sarovar, which are just 3 star hotels.

Very nice hotel with excellent food at reasonable prices. They have large spacious rooms, with a huge comfortable bed. Very clean and hygienic and well maintained hotel. Staff is young but very helpful and friendly. Really liked the design of the hotel as well; especially the lobby is very trendy.

Though its little bit inside an industrial park, but I enjoyed the peaceful environment and found it to be very convenient both for airport connections as well as for my work at Kakinada SEZ in Vakalpudi, which is barely 5-10mins from the hotel. Tried their food festival and found it to be good value for money with large portions and well prepared items. Rooms are also very comfortable with a great bed and large TV

Stayed on a business trip and had an amazing time! The vibe was super cool and modern. Spa was so relaxing after long meetings, and the pool was perfect for a quick dip. Loved the fitness centre – had all the essentials. The restaurant and bar were a big win too – great food, chill atmosphere. The service throughout was spot on. Totally impressed and will definitely be booking here again for my next trip!

Though my earlier experience with this hotel wasn't that great, but this time I found a huge difference. Everything from the food to service to housekeeping were absolutely top notch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are huge and well maintained. Will be back soon.

Lovely stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel with friendly staff and great service combined with excellent facilities and delightful food, all at value for money prices. Enormous room fitted with the best of facilities, including a huge 4K HD TV screen giving a cinematic experience. Apparently each room has a unique design with designer headboard on the bed and a really comfortable mattress. I had such an enjoyable stay that I extended it. Simply fabulous!

Honestly, Svenska Design Hotel in Kakinada has such a vibe. Loved how chill and quiet the location was—perfect for actually unwinding. The bed was next-level comfy, probably the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Major shoutout to the spa too; super relaxing and totally worth it after a long day. The whole place just felt modern and cozy at the same time. Staff were super sweet and made everything easy. The Global lunch buffet at Svenska Design Hotel was impressive, especially with the special 50% discount making it great value. The variety of multicuisine dishes catered to all tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. It’s a perfect spot for anyone who loves to explore different cuisines in one meal. The live band and DJ night at the Grand Ballroom is hands down the most lively event in Kakinada. The music was fantastic, blending energetic beats with great vocals, while the beautiful lighting and vibrant ambiance kept the party going all night. It’s definitely the place to be for a fun night out.

Had a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. The staff is courteous and always ready to help with a smile. It’s such a lovely hotel; brand new and spanking clean with the most modern amenities in the room. Bed is super comfortable and room is very large and spacious. Other facilities in the hotel are also excellent, including the quality of their breakfast is top notch and the spa, pool, fitness centre and gaming zone on the top floor are outstanding. Highly recommend for a delightful and luxurious stay.

Svenska team made it a really memorable experience for me by going out of the way to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From discounted spa treatments to keeping the pool open longer for my late evening swim to arranging my favourite fish with local preparation, everything was just perfect. Its by far the best hotel in Kakinada and will be my go-to place for a long long time to come.
