"This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages. Beyond the location, rooms are spacious enough to walk inside. While walls etc seem like older property, it is well maintained. We had no issues at all for the services. Restaurant food is actually better than the food outside for the price(way better in comparison to highly rated restaurants like kissa for the price)."

"Absolutely stunning views to begin with. The property is kept in pristine condition. The services are exceptional. Our check in was flawless, a tad slow because I was missing my visa picture bearing a US Passport. It wasn't a fault on their end actually. The breakfast was amazing with variety of preparations in both Indian and continental facets. The head chef, was particularly watchful. The checkout was fast and it was heartbreaking to leave this property after one night stay. I'm definitely planning to return here whenever I visit Mussoorie again.
