Amazing, friendly and efficient staff waiting in lobby to help and assist. Upon arrival. Will always come back. Highly recommend! "

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was compact but very clean, comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller (I liked the converted warehouse look and feel). Breakfast buffet was excellent for price. Free shuttle from Haneda Aiport and to Kawasaki station should be adequate for most people relying on public transportation to get around."
