"Someone was living at the apartment that was rented out to us. When we arrived and tried to get in he said these mistakes keep happening and that the owner usually arrives and drives the people to other apartments around the city. "

"To start with, the place shown in the photos (where some ruins can be seen through the window) is not the same building than the one whose address we were sent. The two places are actually 15 minutes away from each other.
When we arrived to the given address, in a very shabby building, and we opened the door, the smell of urine was TERRIBLE. It didn't come from the toilet but from the sofa bed, where our 3 year old daughter was suposed to sleep (also, they forgot to bring towels or linen for...
"The Qbic is a lovely little boutique hotel with warm, kind and helpful staff and delicious, healthy food options at their Mingle cafe. The bed was very comfortable, the room bright, clean and efficiently laid out, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The Qbic is a gem."

"The staff ( I believe it was Kristina ) was so awesome ! Happy and positive and helped us with small issues we were concerned about .. the room was spacious , and the bed extremely comfortable ! Good value for the money ! "
"The hotel was centrally located in Larnaca, near the main attractions at Finikoudes Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, *especially* Chef Jimmy! What a legend! I was chatting with him one morning over breakfast that he made and mentioned that my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Breakfast that morning was comped and he surprised us the next day with a bottle of bubbles. Great customer service and excellent hospitality. We will miss him and hope to see him again when we return. Good luck with your restaurant & bar!"
