The room was spotless; however, face cloths were not provided this time. Just a small oversight, I'm sure. Howard Johnson's close proximity to the hospital is the main reason why our family are repeat customers. Staff is very courteous and professional. We always leave a tip for the housekeeping staff to show appreciation for their contributions.
