I was satisfied with the hotel itself, as it was reasonably priced and in good condition. However, regarding check-in, I had booked to check in a day early to accommodate my early arrival time and had included my flight schedule in the reservation notes. I also explained the situation when I called to reconfirm, and I was assured that the reservation was properly set up. However, upon arriving at the hotel to check in, I discovered that all three room reservations had been cancelled. After waiting an hour at the front desk, the staff finally assisted with the check-in process, but the English names for all three guests had been recorded incorrectly. All four staff members were complete amateurs—so much so that I suspected they were part-timers rather than full-time hotel employees. The check-in process was a disaster, and I was thoroughly disappointed with that aspect. Wasting a guest's valuable time like that is certainly grounds for a complaint. However, the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms were definite pluses. I can't guarantee I'll book this hotel again; the check-in experience was so inconvenient that it’s something I’d have to seriously reconsider.

안네프랑크의 집이랑 넘넘 가깝고 좋습니다. 조식부페에 나오는 팬케이크랑 시럽, 커피, 두유, 크롸상 넘 맛있구요. 웰컴 메시지와 선물, 무료 캔음료들과 물 등 서비스가 좋았습니다. 욕실에 설치된 난방 기구가 있어서 빨래도 금방 말랐어요. 스키폴공항이랑도 우버로 안막히면 25분 만에 가네요. 직원분들도 넘넘 친절하세요.

유럽을 한달동안 여행하였는데 이렇게 호텔방이 좁은 호텔은 처음이었습니다. 위치는 꾀 좋은 편이나 호텔방이 좁고 주차는 최악입니다. 매일 주차비가 있고 한번 차를 뺄때마다 따로 돈을 지불해야 합니다. 호텔에서 주차를 운영하는것이 아니라 외부인이 와서 차를 가져가고 차가필요할땐 30분에서 한시간 전에 미리 말을해야 차를 가지고 옵니다. 이런 불편함때문에 3일 지내는동안 차를 한번도 사용하지않고 우버나 도보를 이행했습니다.
