Amazing location, peaceful views, cool design. Rooms are tired, time to renew them. The staff is super friendly, but some rules make the service are a bit inconvenient (like three restaurants, all of them opening at 7pm! Open one at 5pm, for families, since there are three of them!)

Heritance Kandalama is a beautiful and unique hotel with a fantastic location, impressive architecture, and several lovely swimming pools. The hotel feels luxurious, and the surroundings make the stay a memorable experience. However, we had booked a room for four people, but when we arrived, there were only beds and towels for three. When we asked for an extra bed for our eight-year-old daughter, the hotel initially wanted to charge us extra. After quite a bit of discussion, they eventually provided the bed at no additional cost, but this should have been arranged in advance when the booking was clearly for four people. Overall, it is a very nice and fairly luxurious hotel, but guests should be prepared for many additional charges. We enjoyed our stay, but the service regarding the room setup could have been better.

Wonderful location

Wonderful location for a hotel. Fabulous views. Very good room. Only concern was the number of large groups staying there who dominated the restaurant.
