As a 3 star property this did not disappoint. The location was convenient for us as we had an event in the event hall next door. There are only 3 stories and a lift was available. Rooms near the swimming pool can be noisy from the swimmers (mainly children) The property is quite far from town so having your own transport is an advantage

Hotel was comfortable enough - not very flash, rather old. We paid an extra RM100 to get upgraded to a deluxe room, which is the same size but apparently amnenities are better. Was a pleasant stay - quiet, comfortable.

We had to book this room quickly as we missed our ferry to Langkawi and had booked in for a ferry next day. For a last minute option, the room was okay. The walls were in a bad condition though and the AC was very slow as well so it didnt cool the room well either. The staff was great though!

A bit disappointing

A bit disappointing. The rooms were large but amenities were virtually non existent. Two miniature bottles of shampoo and nothing else. No hairdryer( well I couldn’t find it anywhere). Front office staff were friendly and checkin quick. Room badly in need of maintenance with powers points not working and window missing a lock. However beds were comfortable. We found it generally rather overpriced.

Secara keseluruhannya memuaskan. Cadangan menggantikan sejadah baharu utk bilik. Lampu kamar lebih terang utk persiapan diri . Sterika guna yang ada stim contoh brand Panasonic. Spray toilet kena ada spray head. Sediakan selipar dalam bilk tanpa perlu diminta oleh penghuni dan sediakan towel kecil (muka) dan kelengkapan berus gigi/ubat gigi / pisau cukur/sikat. Tambah pilihan chanel TV. Pintu masuk longgar. cadangan letak safe box untuk simpan barang barang penting.Tiada tasue muka. Kami nampak ada anak lipas masuk dari drain hole bilik mandi. Terima kasih atas perhatian yg diberi untuk tambah baik demi keselesaan.

Stopover en route to Langkawi

Good stopover hotel en route to Langkawi ferry. Nice place, good parking (and lots of it) on its own campus. Attractive hill just behind the hotel.

Airconditioner is always the problem

I have stayed at various Seri Malaysia hotels in Malsysia. The main problem is always the airconditioner, everytime.
