The room was very clean and any staff that we encountered were very nice. We enjoyed the manager's reception and buffet breakfast very much. There was a snow storm and since many things were shutting down early they allowed early access to our room. Our room did have some gaps in the windows in the bedrooms that probably need to be caulked as cold air came in.

On the 4th floor. Very clean!! Maid found a key thing my son in law left in the room, they had left I was in my room, she found we were family, gave it to me! Staff very friendly, when we checked in, AD did a great job. Friendly & in a timely manner. Breakfast wonderful, happy hour nice touch. Gal behind the counter, not sure her name, very friendly, great service. Fantastic stay. Thank you!!

Comfy room and bed. Some road noise but nothing crazy to hinder sleeping. Lots of places to get to for things to do or eat very easily. Very easy to find!

We enjoyed the snacks on the premium floor. The pool wasnt very big or clean which was disappointing. The desk staff, bar staff and breakfast staff were excellent but our room wasnt cleaned after our first day.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Our rooms were a great layout and were clean. Happy hour bartenders were nice, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast had a nice variety. We were there on a very busy weekend, but staff maintained cleanliness of the area and kept breakfast replenished. Only con we had was the pool and hot tub. Only one jet worked in the hot tub, water was Luke warm, and it needed a good scrubbing. We got grossed out by the water and quickly went and took a shower. Not a deal breaker in our stay though as everything else was great!
