The staff was kind and helpful, but the rooms were old, dated, and slightly concerning in their cleanliness. It looked like they were starting renovation so that’s hopefully going to help. My room didn’t have a working air conditioner, no fridge, and the bathroom shower pressure was either too much or not enough.

They were very friendly and I could tell they were trying to improve the place. Rooms need some serious updating as far as broken lampshades and curtains, and very stained chair for the desk. Other than that it was a decent stay for a decent price. Will likely return

I arrived and they told me that there was a $200 hold. That is not something I anticipated and seemed a bit steep for this low-rent place but whatever, I just needed a room and a shower for the night. I checked out and they assured me the hold would come off. Instead, I was charged. I called to complain and they said 3-5 business days for a “refund”. I told them that’s not how this is supposed to work. The manager said it’s my bank’s fault. I assured him that it was his.

Staff was very friendly and the room was pretty clean, but the building is older with very little insulation so you could hear everything happening around you. It’s convenient being close to the hospital (thankfully it was walking distance) but there were a couple people on the street I came across that made me feel incredibly unsafe. Reminded me I need to put a pepper spray keychain on my key ring.

Property is very old and outdated. Building had a smell tonit. They were working on the smell. They had defusers running in the hall way. Place need alot of maintenance.

The overall stay was I would say less than satisfactory. I was just looking for a place to sleep but this place was pretty dirty and just overall not enjoyable. The bathroom was pretty gross and the rest of the room wasn’t much better. There was also a hassle with getting a paper receipt for the stay when we checked out. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.

The hotel had an odd smell to it. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Good thing I bring my own wipes to extra clean surfaces. The elevator was out of order so hauling our stuff up to the 2nd floor was kind of a pain. The staff was very friendly though.

Clean room, elevator wasn’t working had to hood it two stories to the room not a big deal, I was 12 minutes before 3 when I arrived and they wouldn’t check me in after driving 4 1/2 hrs so I had to wait in my car. Otherwise stay was ok

A very scary stay
The room smelled damp and mildewy. The deadbolt didn’t work. The microwave that was advertised for the room was missing. The carpets were all stained. Could hear everything in the hallway and through the walls. It was probably a great hotel 20yrs ago, but now is a very scary place to stay and entrust yourself with.

Our room was clean and comfortable which matters the most to me. The hallway carpet was dirty. Breakfast bar was very limited with instant oatmeal as the only cereal choice. I believe it is a step above from the other 2 hotels close by. The price was right for this hotel..
