"We liked that the facility was
pet friendly, and staff members were all extremely kind. However, cleanliness was a big issue. Our room had two queen beds. We unfortunately had to look under the beds because our
dog crawled under one of them. The things I found underneath I'd rather not mention. There were also numerous hairs on one of the "clean" towels folded up in the bathroom. We wanted to leave. We will not be back."

Dropped a high pet fee on me at arrival after booking with Expedia, hanging up on a Mexican off shore booking service that the clerk barely spoke English and didn’t understand what

Called three hours before checking in to make sure room was
pet friendly and was told yes and no mention of fee….and confirmed with Regina that we would be there late ROOM PAID IN...
