위치가 바닷가 앞에 오션뷰고 비치 풍경도 좋아요. 공항에서 멀지않고 길가 가게들도 예쁩니다 침대도 아주 편합니다. 카우아이의 높은 물가 치곤 1박 요금도 갠찬은 편입니다.

방에 헤어드라이기도 없고 바퀴벌레 5마리 잡았고 방에 한쪽의 전등은 고장난채 그대로이고 침대배게에서 냄새 엄청나고 좋은점은 풀장이 괜찮고 직원친절도는 직원들간 차이가 있음.와이프는 최악이라고 평했는데 전 그냥 전망만 좋은 오래된 모텔정도라 생각..워낙에 카우아이는 호텔들이 오래되어서 감안하고 묶어야 할듯하네요.

My big turn off was the box spring mattress was badly stained. I night we had a big roach in our room. The pool was very nice and the staff. The place needs paint, and update bedrooms

Everything is dated but clean. The worst thing is not the property itself but the traffic. Other than very early in the morning, it is impossible to make a left turn to exit the property. You have to make a right turn, find a place to make a left turn to get on the other side of the road and then head in the desired direction. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Don't forget to grab some banana bread (or whatever else that might have been made with love) from the lobby in the morning!

Carpet was very dirty to the point we would not take our shoes off. Property was very tired and needing over all maintenance. Bed was so uncomfortable and had to be over ten years old.

Basic accommodations in a central area of Kapaa makes a good home base for your Kauai adventure. Friendly, family owned feel. Free chairs and beach equipment. Affordable prices!

We extended our stay sort of last minute for 1 night so we were limited on options, after reading previous reviews we picked this hotel. It worked for what we needed, somewhere to sleep for our last night in Kauai…but I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, but the room could definitely use some updating…especially the shower/bathtub. Also, while this hotel is right on the beach, it is also right on the main road that has pretty much continuous cars all night.

Property was well maintained, but a bit dated. The individual units could use some deeper cleaning. Oceanside view was beautiful, staff was super pleasant…I would definitely stay there again for a day or two.

We needed an additional night outside of our regular accommodations. This was the most affordable option. We were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to the beach and Kapa’a. Definitely an older property, but a decent place to stay for a night. Staff were very welcoming and happy to help.

I got a room with city view. Rusty bathtub should have been recycled many years ago. Coffee maker is rusted too. There is no desk or chair. Felt more.like a motel.

The property and staff were great. The surrounding area has a high houseless population. Very sad to see. We were upgraded to the main suite, and are very thankful.

What a wonderful, cute island hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Homemade banana bread warmed the office! Location was practically on the beach, across from great food and coffee places, and right off the walking path through town. The amenities are perfect. Pool with a waterfall, bikes, beach chairs, movies, and much more! Facilities could use a cosmetic update (repaint, carpet cleaned) and a good dusting (fan blades, AC unit, behind furniture, & outlets) but the bed was clean and comfy. Bathrooms were cleaned and well stocked. Parking lot was easy peasy to get too. Will be coming back, no doubt.

After checking in after a long flight, we noticed the bathroom sink drain stopper was broken - I had to remove it, then the next morning when going to take a shower, I noticed the tub had mold and rust, and that drain was clogged and draining slowly. I reported this to the front desk and the only response I got was that they would inform their maintenance person. Again I communicated to the hotel about the issue and received no response. The hotel’s location is ideal but the room I had was sinful. Be advised

After noticing this beach hotel 10 years ago while walking the Kauai Beach Path, I knew I wanted to stay there someday. It is so cute and the people in the office are like family. Grandma bakes banana bread; a kid and a dog came to hang out during their desk shift. The king bed is amazingly comfortable and the sheets are thin but feel silky soft. The commonly used surfaces in the room were clean, but the baseboards and behind/under things really needed a deep clean. I would come back, especially for the location. It's convenient to the Kapa'a Neighborhood Center for yoga and Zumba, with a free county pool right there. Great coffee and meal options walking distance.

Older hotel that needed a few repairs but it was still a nice place to stay. Staff was super nice. View was incredible!! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property on the waterfront. Very clean. 3 sinks, one in bedroom. Excellent staff. -Bathtub too deep. Unsafe for elderly. -No internet -Door lock lets everyone know when you are out.

A short drive from the airport on a beautiful beach! Property is dated but the balcony and view make up for it. Traffic noise from the road is obnoxious.
