Good place to stay in Karapınar. Breakfast was delicious. Plentiful food to enjoy. Highly recommend it.

Some management training issues here.

Food was very good and service was also very good as you would expect. The air conditioning in our room was not working. We were told several different reasons by different people but it could not be fixed during the time we were at the hotel. We were moved to a larger room to mitigate the heat and this was somewhat better. According to reception the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. We were not advised this when we booked in. The jacuzzi was also not working. Given that we do not speak Turkish and the staff did not speak English, it was difficult to communicate and the personnel at the hotel did their best.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was warmer than we would like because the air conditioning didn't work properly. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. I do feel the hotel is a bit overpriced however.

Don’t recommend to anyone we reserved a room for 3 they gave us a room with 2 single beds. I told them to give us another bed they didn’t told them to give us our money and we cancel the booking they said it is not possible so one of us slept on the floor and also we paid for 3 people.

Personel güzel yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otel genel olarak temiz düzenli ve rahat hissettiriyordu. Akşam havuzu sakindi ve çocuğumuz ile ailecek keyifli vakit geçirdik. Kahvaltı haftasonu açık büfe değildi ama kahvaltı tabağı yeterliydi ve özel olarak istenen birşey varsa onu da veriyorlardı biz omlet ve patates kızartması istedik çok güzeldi. Konaklamamızdan memnun ayrıldık.
