“ホテル内は薄暗く日当たりが悪い。部屋は古くカーテンも故障している。洗濯物もとても乾きにくい。 サービスのレベルが低い。朝食付と言うがすべての日程で準備ができていなかった。朝食付というべきでない。清掃係はコップを洗うことを怠っていた。”

“This Oakwood is conveniently located in UB City which is a popular spot for dinner and drinks. This was my first time staying in this property, and stayed in a one bedroom guest room for 3 nights. Room was very spacious, but design is a bit run down. Bed was very comfortable and I got a corner room on 9th floor with a great view. I had dinner at the Soul City restaurant one time and experience was very nice with great friendly service especially due to Mr. Keshab who worked both evenings and...

“직원들은 친절하고 위치는 정말 편리하고 좋아요. 인디라나가르 중심가에 있어요. 근데 시설이 너무너무 낡았어요. 에어컨 쇼파 침대 화장실 키친 모두 너무 낡고, 수건도 오래되어서.... 그래서 다음번엔 이용 안할듯해요.”

“I took two rooms at starlit service apartments. Getting there was a bit of trouble because of bad roads, however the place was very good. The rooms were good, have an owen, television, induction stove, tea/coffee maker, excellent beds. The staff were friendly and easily available for our service. Though a service apartment they were as good a good 4 star hotel. Impressed!”

“The hotel is near airport. Newly renovated apartments. Clean facilities. No tv in bedroom... you need to come to drawing room to watch tv. Only 1 staff avaiable to do everything. Limited Food avaiable only till 8 pm. After that guy has to get it from outside about 2 km and would be roadside food. No toileteries in the room and no towels if you dont ask. Complimentary mosquitoes...that too lots of them....even with goodnight on. Overall donot recommend and not even near value for money.”

“It is the noisiest hotel that I have stayed in with no concept of privacy. Cars were honking all through the night. Staff was running up and down corridors and staircases all night. Electricity failed every 30 minutes or so and when it came back from airconditioning to other appliances in the room restarted with a loud noise. From 7 am onwards, practically every staff member knocked on the door once to see if I want to give laundry or get the room cleaned etc. Checked out in a haste not having...
