강력 추천!
6월말에 Deluxe Pool Access Room에서 3박 묵었어요~ 카드키 2개 줍니다. 풀액세스룸은 별관에 있고 여긴 수영장이 1층에 있구요, 본관(프론트, 레스토랑 있는 건물)에는 루프탑에 인피니티풀이 있어요. 둘다 이용가능. 원래 2박만 하려다가 계획이 바뀌어서 1박을 제일 싼 방으로 추가예약했어요. 그런데 프론트에서 3박 모두 Deluxe Pool Access Room에서 묵을 수 있게 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 비수기여서 사람이 없어서 그럴 수 있었던 것 같아요. 너무 감사했습니다^^ 장점: - 방 청결도, 구조 다 너무 좋아요 새 호텔 느낌이 확나요. - 별관 수영장과 본관 인피니티풀 모두 분위기 너무 좋아요. - 호텔에서 조금만 걸어가면 나이트마켓 있고 편의점 있어요. 단점: - 조명이 조금만 더 밝았으면 좋겠어요. - 프론트 직원들의 영어가 조금 더 완벽했으면 좋겠어요. 오히려 짐 옮겨주시는 분이 영어를 더 잘했어요. 그분 이름을 못봐서 아쉽네요. 호텔에 대한 첫인상을 더욱더 좋게 해주셨었는데. 총평: 다음에도 카타비치 갈거면 여기로 갈거예요 너무 좋아요 강추합니다.

직원들 너무 친절해서 좋았어요. 체크인할 때부터 괜히 죄송할 정도로 친절했거든요.. 지은지 얼마 안돼서 방도 깔끔해요. 비치하고는 거리가 조금 있지만 주변에 마사지 샵이나 식당 등 생활하는데 불편함 없이 잘 이용했어요~

amazing value! I loved Kata and the hotel. plenty of things to walk and see. the sister resort next door had a pool and bar with live music. AC works great. Employees were always helpful and knew enough English to be able to offer great service. The breakfast was just okay.

In the center of all the shopping, restaurants (the night market), and a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Noises from the night bars (speaker systems) can be heard in the hotel. We are up seven floors up and still the bass from the music played echos in our room.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, we got the bigger room for 4 people but I honestly have to say the space was tight for 4 ppl and luggage, I wish the rooms were bigger or at least the common area that would be a plus. There are many restaurants and bars around the area to eat and also the Kata night market is across the street which is a plus! The beach is about a 10 min walk very convenient! The staff are nice in the lobby, check in was smooth. Could the hotel use some updates yes certainly but it had everything we needed for our trip so I would recommend the hotel

Good mid-range hotel in central Kata Beach location. Very close to Kata walking street with abundance of eating options. Rooms are clean, although quality of furnishings is just average. Great staff.

Rooms are fantastic,separate bedroom,lounge and kitchen,about 10 minute walk to the beach and central to all the shops,happy hour at pool was 2-4pm which was a bit early but the main reason I wouldn’t stay here again is because it was full of Russians and families which made it quite noisy day and night

The Grand Kata was a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean (we were in a 2 bedroom room). The pool was nice, the breakfast was very good with many choices including having eggs made for you any way you like. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room every day. My biggest negative was how incredibly busy it was everywhere around the hotel. I don't know why but I expected it to be somewhat secluded but it is in the middle of an extremely congested city life. The positive about that was the many food choices easily within walking distance. But there are people and vehicles everywhere. It was a bit of a walk to Kata beach which is absolutely beautiful. You can rent chairs and an umbrella for 100 baht per person which is reasonable and there are food stands on or just off the beach. If you understand how busy your surroundings will be and are OK with that then you should be very satisfied with the Grand Kata.

I booked a “Grand room 2Bed room” for two nights through Expedia. The room advertised in the photos had a view of a green lawn with messi and other on the windows. However, the room I was assigned to was not the one in the pictures but was located on the second floor with a terrible view of a dirty river and a building under construction. I informed the front desk about the discrepancy with the photos, but no changes were made, and I ended up staying in that room for two nights. The male staff at the front desk was also unhelpful, which made the start of my vacation in Phuket very unpleasant. Since the room provided was different from what was advertised, I will also be contacting Expedia about this issue.

Super service, god beliggenhed.
Central placering tæt på spisesteder. God service og god morgenmad. Vi overnattede i Deluxe værelser med tekøkken, hvilket var rigtig godt. Lidt larm fra trafik. Shuttlebus til stranden da der er lidt for lang afstand fra hotellet til stranden. Super fin strand.

Overall we had a good experience. Highlights: Good location, excellent breakfast included, two nice pools, and friendly and efficient staff. Areas of improvement: The gym is in poor shape with broken equipment, the hotel must have a towel theft issue and they are guarded, and a US$100 cash deposit was required at check in which was returned after room inspection.

Nice hotel, Area was OK
We opted for the plunge pool room. It was a small outdoor area. Not sure it was worth the price difference. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The AC needed a card in the slot to keep it going, so it took a while to cool down when you return to the room. Breakfast had some good options with an egg bar. The restaurant had different event themes that we did not get a chance to try, but looked nice. We did not spend any time at Kata Beach because it was difficult to access and not an overly nice beach. Tons of restaurance nearby and the night market and walking street within a 5 minute walk. Tons of families, not a party area. Costly taxi and Grab to go to nearby towns or sightseeing. If you are set on the area, the hotel was nice, but I suggest a different island in Thailand as it didn't feel like Thailand and the local restaurants had novels for menus.

Had an amazing stay at the Grand Kata. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to Kata and Karon beach and 10 min ride to Patong. 1-2 minute walk to the local markets and shops. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Separate air conditioning in each room and large balcony. Bathrooms were clean and nice to use. Breakfast buffet was excellent, a very wide range of food from traditional thai food to western breakfast options with an assortment of fruits and pastries. Freshly cooked eggs of your choice. Nice gym and pool although the pool would be a bit small if it gets crowded. Overall would definately recommend staying here, very convenient location, clean and well priced.

Everything about our stay was top notch. Super clean rooms, with very friendly, warm, welcoming and accommodating staff. Great location with beach, Kata night market down the street & restaurants nearby.
