"Cutting the cattails in the ditch at the sound entrance to the property would improve visibility of oncoming traffic. And it's a pretty bare-looking property. There's not much nearby. Some attention to landscaping would help, maybe some trees. It shows the owner cares and is actively trying to attract people.
