Excellent Cheap hotel

At the heart of the city... Very near to castle. Stuff are very friendly. Cheap but clean and very comfortable hotel.. Higly recomended.. Will stay again next year

Decent budget hotel

As a budget hotel it was excellent - comfortable bed, ok breakfast, close to centre of town, tram stop outside. loads of small eateries nearby.

Excellent value in the heart of downtown

Superb value, large spacious rooms (even my single!). Loads of closet storage and decent sized bathroom. There is a dresser chair as well as a comfortable armchair and small round table. The mattrass was especially comfortable. Very firm, almost orthopedic. Brand new carpets. The outside corridor lights are very sensitive and shut off within 2-3 seconds - which is great for "light" sleepers. Nice, friendly young staff, that were very helpful, despite the language barrier. The tram stop (Duvenonu) is immidiately in front of the door! Only thing missing is water and a Kettle! Possibly a faster WiFi would be nice. Breakfast from 0700-1030 at 5th floor restaurant. Superb buffet spread with hot/cold and plenty of juice / jam cake options.

Overall Experience: Poor Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing: Elevator: The elevator was out of service, which made access very inconvenient. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room was below acceptable standards. Room Condition: The room had a very unpleasant smell, making the stay uncomfortable. Stairs: The staircase is extremely steep and difficult to use, especially with luggage. Breakfast: The breakfast options were very limited and not satisfying. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, this alone did not compensate for the overall poor conditions. 📌 I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, facilities, and overall comfort.

Kahvaltısı güzeldi, seçenek bol ve taze ürünlerdi. Odalar temizdi sadece yorganda bir leke farkettik bunun dışında odada toz, kırıntı vs yoktu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü güzel karşılandık. Bir şey istediğimizde gayet kibar yerine getirildi. Aile olarak memnun kaldık.

Iyi ama az gayretle daha iyi olabilir

Otelde sadece 1 gece, 7-8 saat konaklama ve kahvaltı için kaldım. Sabah işimin olduğu yere yürüyerek gidilebiliyor olması avantajdı. Oda küçük ama yeterli, çarsaflar ve havlular tertemizdi. Banyonun kırmızılı seramik dekorunu begendim ama lavabo ve klozet çok eskimiş, hatalı temizlik deterjanları yuzünden vitrifiyeler kararmıstı. Temiz olsalar bile belli olmuyordu. Jakuzili duşun fıskiyeleri kireçlenmiş, o da eskimisti. Banyoda havlular icin askılık, diş fırçası için bardak olması çok iyi olurdu. Ahşaplı yatak-tv dekorasyonu ve aydınlatma gayet başarılıydı ama kirli duvarların acil badanaya ihtiyacı vardı. Perdenin tülleri yırtılmıstı... Karsılamada, uğurlarken ve kahvaltıda ilgilenen personelin nezaketi ve güleryüzü çok değerli. Kahvaltıda yiyecekler taze ve lezzetliydi. Yani çok maliyetli de olmayan birkaç akıllı mimari dokunuşla çıtayı rahatlikla yükseltebilecek, ve konumu çok avantajlı bir otel.

Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi. Her yere ulaşımı çok rahat sağladık. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Her giriş çıkışımızda sıcakkanlı ve misafirperver tavırları hoşumuza gitti. Kayak tatili için gelmiştik. Erciyes dolmuşlarına 15 dk. civarı yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tabi ki lüks değildi öyle bir beklenti ile gitmedik zaten. Ama tam fiyat performans oteli olarak çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Çarşaflar temizdi. Sadece sonradan istediğimiz havlularda biraz leke vardı. Ona da biraz daha dikkat edilirse çok daha iyi olur. Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık. Beklentimizi karşıladı.

Küçücük oda rezaleti

Otel çalışanları ve otel müdürü çok yardımseverdi fakat aylar öncesinden çift kişilik rezervasyon yapmış olmama rağmen otelde yer yok denilerek 10 metre kare kımıldamanın dahi mümkün olmadığı daracık bir oda verildi, resmen paramızla rezil olduk. Zar zor bir gece konakladıktan sonra normalde 3 gece olan konaklama süremizi bir kenara bırakarak sabah çıkış yaptık. Otel ve eşyalar eski pek tavsiye etmiyorum
