I am helping a friend and Patell was wonderful. He slept well and he told me the room was very clean. Thank you Patell you were very patient and kind to me.

This place has rats we check in 3-8-24 around 1 pm the room was clean was left less the hafe a role of toilet paper and there’s rats in the walls was changed for a security deposit not is mentioned about this at booking

Our room was clean and recently renovated nicely. Our tv turned on in the evening, but not in the morning (not a deal breaker). My only complaint is there is no closet or even a bar to hang coats or clothes on.

my stay at this motel was horrible. would not recommend this motel to anyone. From the motel being horrible and dirty. Customer service was really rude. really snappy. to finding bugs in the room and notifying the front desk and being told that they could not do anything about it. felt unsafe in my room due to the area and the next door guest in and out all night slamming the door, being noisy and loud. and many people in and out of that room during late night. this went on for 2 days. andi cold not sleep and rest. but had to deal with it as it was a emergency state due to a family emergency. ontop of all that while being in the room and settling down with in a couple of hours. my wife was getting changed getting ready for bed, and during that moment i heard the door and new guest had opened the door and looked surprised to see us in the room as they also were assigned the same room it was shameful as my wife was in her underwear changing. this was unaccepted and when notified the front desk they, claimed it was not their fault but fault of the other shift that checked us in. i would never go back.

I was put in room eight February 11th the room is nice and clean towels pillowcases. Everything was white and clean. only issue was there was no remote control for the TV, which was quite annoying! On February 12th I was put in room 12 where the towels shower mat and pillowcases were stained and yellow!!

it was a new room and clean but there was a hole where the smoke detector they were putting in a new door lock with sparks flying every where no blankets no hot water next to garbage can next to room heater made an awful noise

The property looked like it was in a war zone, half of the motel was surrounded by a construction fence - they have a long way to go to make it a nice place again

Holly Hill would not qualify as luxurious accommodations but it covers the basics quite nicely and provides friendly service at a manageable price. It is renovating one section of its rooms, so it is partly a construction zone at the moment but the inconvenience is minor. Its biggest advantage is its location relative to the popular Keansburg Beach area. Take a right out of the hotel and then the first turn to the north and you are on a direct line to the beach and surrounding town..

front desk, very friendly. Beds were super comfortable. Once renovations are done the dumpsters will be removed and the premise will look nicer.

My family and I requested washcloths and they brought us hand towels as washcloths. The ceiling titles were falling out of the drop ceiling track and had water stains all over them. You could hear everything the rooms around you were doing and saying. The plus about the stay was if you like hot water they have that it would take your skin off your body. And the walk to the board walk was a short one to the beach, and it was not in a bad location. For the price they are asking you would be better off staying at the hotel next door for 200 bucks cheaper and way cleaner and nicer. And you get beach passes with your stay at that hotel unlike this one.

The person checking me in was very nice. The sheets were a little dirty. The shower was a little dirty. There were many bugs in the room. The air conditioning unit made a lot of strange noises.

Thank you for your feedback. We currently renovated all of our rooms. Our AC are brand new and housekeeping checks regularly to make sure of any issues. Our pest control is out monthly for pest service.

Terrible location. The room was new and very clean but that’s the only nice thing. When we checked they were Still Cleaning the room so We left the property. When we got back in the evening we discovered we had no toilet paper. The office was not open so I called. The man said he have someone bring it in 45 minutes. After an hour we called again and then someone brought it. Spend the money and stay somewhere else.

Sorry for the inconvenience but our normal check in time is 3pm and as a courtesy we let guest check in early. Our apologies the room was not ready when you arrived at 12 noon. Housekeeping staff overlooked the toilet paper in the bathroom and it will be brought their attention. Thank you for visiting our property.

room was very simple, just renovated, note must bring all your own supplies. No rack to hang clothes, no accessories available. should of used some soundproofing in walls. overall nice room.

Property is under renovation. Check in process can be improved and made faster- seems a technology update for their computer system is needed. The newly renovated room I stayed in was clean and did the job!

Good: newly rebuilt and redecorated room; bed and bedding; TV and channel list; towels, friendly helpful staff (family-owned property). Bad: Poor WiFi, close to highway full of riders of very loud motorbikes. Notes: $25 damage deposit at checkin (refunded); no microwave in room but one in lobby; almost no convenient dining unless you have a car or use delivery. Overall: hard to beat for the price.
