"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were incredibly welcoming to both us and our dog, special mention to Lauren who took the time to give us information on Berwick and phoned around to source a dog-friendly taxi for us. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a meal but the drinks and cocktails were all excellent.
The hotel was clean, the bed & pillows comfortable. A lovely little welcome box for our collie was a special touch and much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would love to visit again!"
