"Checkin was quick and easy. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was OK but not great."

"This "place", neither a hotel nor an apartment, didn't leave for me anything to mention in good words other than its location! All I have to say is that everything related to stay places were down to the max over there. If you decided to try it, then, in advance, forget the cleanliness, the AC proper operation, the bed linen, the simplest signal of wifi and accordingly the TV, and the simplest and most necessary toilet/bathroom accessories. The staff went above and beyond every single day—they are incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel completely at home. "Great food and very nice pool"

"We had a great experience with our stay at this hotel. Definitely we will go back. From the beginning of our stay until the end, Ali Bey at the reception was very helpful and professional. Our room was very spacious and clean. The restaurant and food were very good. Hotel staff members very polite and friendly."

"The only good thing about this place is its location!"

"Hem yöneticileri hem de bütün personelleri güler yüzlü saygılı ve yardımseverler aynı zamanda temizlik , kahvaltı ve yemekleri de çok iyi ben kızlarımla geldim huzurlu ve mutlu bir tatil geçirdik herkese tavsiye ederim seneye tekrar gelmeyi düşünmüyoruz herşey için teşekkür ederim"

"Good standard of cleanliness with helpful staff. Food Provided a good choice, was well presented if slightly repetitive but ideal for one/two night stay."

"The Property overall Experience was Exceptional!"

"We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)"

"Nice friendly staff, clean environment, just the vibe more fits elderly people!"

"Had a great stay at Arum, staff very helpful and nice."

"The perfect place to stay. Clean, cozy, very tasty breakfast. The hosts are wonderful people, kind and responsive. The room is clean, large, and has a balcony. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was exceptional clean and tidy. The staff were fab, so very friendly. The choice of food and quality was good, but a bit to much of the same. The chice of eating places were good and food was always available. The choice of cocktails was excellent"

"Great breakfast and staff."
