“Reserved 2 rooms with written instructions. One room for my mother and my aunt who were arriving at a different time than myself. I called the day of to verify. The call was comforting, repeated instructions back to me referring to my mother and aunt by name. Bye the time I arrived they had their room and out dining. Worry free stays, clean rooms and common areas. The staff were courteous and helpful. Will use them again. Thanks”

“Stayed 1 night. Room was clean and staff nice. Only issue was our ac wasn’t working. Room stayed on 80 degrees and was very humid. Had a hard time sleeping thru the night. Luckily we had an early event the next morning.”

“I was absolutely harassed by the lady at the front desk. I was on my period and bled a little bit on the sheet and she literally threatened me and said I had to pay her that she was calling the police on me and was gonna file a report, she then proceeded to lie and said that I broke the TV and when she opened the door, the TV fell off the wall, which was a complete lie. I will never be staying here again.”

I immediately left and went back to the airport to fly home. I called this hotel to let them know that I would need to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. “The listing does not say you share the property with strangers. I had my kids with me and I could not sleep there because i dont let my kids sleep around strangers. I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest.”
