“We enjoyed our stay at The Colony very much. We were in the newly renovated building, and it is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The common area is beautiful too. I think adding some vending machines would make things a little more convenient. (We arrived late, and cold have used a snack). ”

“We had a lovely stay here, the view was gorgeous and getting to sit outside with a cup of coffee looking out onto the water was special. It’s very kid friendly - our son was able to run around watching boats, throwing rocks, looking for shells on the waterfront. It’s simple, beautiful, clean with great everything you could want. ”

“We loved our room!!! It was such a surprise to find it so beautiful. When we arrived, it looked like an old motel. I was worried it was something that we would not like. But when we opened the door to our room, it was delightful! Beautiful colors in pinks and greens with white crisp walls. Windows overlooking a river with boats in the harbor. We loved every minute of it. ”

“Great family friendly place! Wouldn't suggest it for sleeping in too late. The kiddos have a great time biking around the property and almost all of the rooms are exposed to their excitement. They supply tea and water all day...chairs and towels for the beach. Very friendly staff. VERY safe.”
