Incredible, charming property right on the shore. My wife and I spent our first few hours at the hotel just sitting on the porch, reading, and enjoying the view. Very helpful and friendly staff, great amenities. Would love to come back in the summer sometime.

Phenomenal property, the staff was incredibly accommodating (Shareen!), beautiful location. The amenities were great, loved the pool and club house, easy bike to downtown kennebunkport.

Incredible views and service in a cozy getaway

Beautiful location across street from ocean with unobstructed views even from our room at the back of the hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Black, are supremely courteous. Ocean, the restaurant, serves one of the best meals in the area.

Great room with incredible Ocean View with a private deck and a working gas fireplace. The Staff are incredibly friendly, courteous, and customer-focused. The restaurant has wonderful food and a nice wine selection. Cape Arundel is a place that must be visited more than once.

How very quaint! A wonderful overnight stay at this very charming oceanfront inn. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and a cheese and fruit offering. Our room was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was also included in our stay ~ the dining area was to die for with full view of the ocean. A must return for a longer stay!

Everything was superb. Janette (Housekeeper) was so helpful, thoughtful and sweet. Both of the Front Desk staff were also helpful and friendly. Our Breakfast waitress was also nice and accommodating, as we requested to have breakfast on the front porch. One thing to consider would be to freshen up the exterior siding facing the cottages ( above the Ocean restaurant). It was noticeable and unattractive when sitting on the porch (Cottage Room #23). Otherwise it was sterling!

B&B needs to implement some small things that could have made the stay much better. 1. Coffee in the mornings - they want you to sit down and eat at the B&B but a ton of folks go into town for coffee. A simple coffee station with to go cups would be a nice touch. (Especially at this price point). 2. Lunch Menu - very small, must go up by the pool to order. Unimpressed by the menu. They could add some small grab and go bites. 3. They have bikes on property - which are great!

The view (from the bungalows) is absolutely stunning. The pictures on Expedia do NOT do them justice. If you want to eat at their restaurant, book weeks in advance. I wish Expedia had shared that.
