“This place isn't the Hilton BUT it is a great, honest, clean and convenient place for anyone looking to stay. The staff left you alone but were available if needed, the location is amazing, the noise is minimal and the rooms are comfortable and homely. We would happily stay here again if we return to Lorne. “Very easy book in with very nice room that is only steps from the shopping strip..rooms have a nice little kitchen in a seperate room and a massive a new 55 inch smart tv that actually works..rooms have great heating/cooling and parking is undercover..i highly recommend staying there”
“Impromptu trip away and I absolutely couldn't resist booking this accommodation (we booked the tent). All the thoughtful details, from oil for the BBQ, to the salt & pepper, to the super warm electric blankets on the beds (100% needed), comfort is number 1 priority.
In Winter, be prepared for very cold temps - extra layers, ugg boots etc.

“This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them.
