Very convenient for using le shuttle. Haven’t used this hotel or shuttle before but this hotel was a good choice very close by. Staff at reception very helpful with giving us a time to leave to get to boarding next morning. As we were leaving very early we were given a breakfast bag (had paid for breakfast) which was nice.

Had a good stay at the holiday inn, friendly staff, great included breakfast and tesco across the street. Everything we needed for a short stay.

Friendly hotel with good facilities.
Great Hotel with friendly staff and handy for Le Shuttle. Accommodate dogs in rooms and bar area. Tesco petrol station close by. Would have been even better with charging points for EV.

Very comfortable hotel convenient for the car ferr

Great staff
The receptionist is the morning was superb. He arrange for as to have a takeaway breakfast without us realising it was possible. My partner also left an iten of clothing in the room. We contacted them the following day and have arranged to collect it when we get back to the UK. Excellent staff all round.

Nice hotel
Ideal hotel and great room. Shame there isn't a way for guests to inform what time they expect to leave and group them together. Was rudely awaken at 5am by a noisy family in the room next door getting up and leaving.

You could not get a better hotel that accepts dogs, very close to the motorway for those that are travelling on to a different county

Excellent service. We were given early check in and offered coffee while we waited. Very handy for Eurotunnel and Ferries. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Could do warmer…
Staff are what makes this place…very friendly, courteous and helpful! Hotel is clean but rooms cold! Corridors warmer! Air con which should work as heater too simply blows out cold air even set at 30°c! Parking well nigh impossible unless you pitch up early. Dog friendly and convenient for Chunnel and ferries.

Excellent value for money
Staff very pleasant especially the bar people and the breakfast workers. Breakfast very good selection either cooked or continental self service.

Hotel was above what I was expecting. Bugdet cost but with extras. Restaurant was offering good food and the buffet breakfasts (included) was good. Staff friendly and helpful and the room was well presented and clean.

I was greeted by a lovely person, I think his name was Lee who was very friendly to my family including my toddler and baby. After a long trip in the car this was a very pleasant start to the reservation. We opened the door to our family room for the first time and it was absolutely freezing. We assumed the cleaning team left a window open or something, but noticed that you couldn’t actually shut the window all the way (Additionally, there was a lot of noise from the car park below which woke my toddler up at 6.30am, as the broken window issue was not resolved) After speaking with Jamie about the issue, the solution was to ‘give it a good slam’ and offered me a portable heater for the room and let him know the outcome. If it was me and my partner, we wouldn’t have thought twice about it and continued with our reservation, but in the winter season with two kids under two, we couldn’t just let it slide. After slamming the window we noticed that the handle spins 360 degrees and isn’t connected to anything inside the window mechanism. I spoke to Jamie about this and being late into the evening with all guests and family rooms booked, he could only offer us two twin rooms which was not a possibility with my family. I declined the offer as it was late at night and trying to put our kids to bed was priority. We just wanted to get some rest. Very grateful for the heater which helped a lot but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place if they maintained their rooms

On arrival the room was cold, set the air conditioning but it took ages to heat the room. The lighting was poor, too dark to do any work. Breakfast was cold and uninviting. My advice? Stay somewhere else.

Great value and a good nights sleep
Pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The rooms were large, bed comfortable and clean. The water pressure of the shower was not great but ok for one night. Breakfast quality wasn’t the best but a good selection.
