The staffs are very kind. Informed me everything for sight seeing, call song-thaw or taxi. Took me to the local market.
I checked in very late because of flight delay, but the check-in procedure was very smooth. And i asked pick-up service, they sent me decent and reliable driver. He was also very kind. All the staffs smiled all the time.
And they took me to the song-thaw driver so that i could reach to the greenbus station for next destination.

โThe address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty.
