โWe loved this hotel-the staff was all pleasant and friendly! We felt valued as a guest. We loved the transportation to and from the airport and the shuttle buses to and from townโฆalso enjoyed the complimentary smoothies and ice pops at the pool and the coffee and cookies in the lobby everyday! Would stay there again!!โ
โThis is our second time visiting The Perry, and albeit we were sad to find out our favorite couple at the front desk had left, we still enjoyed every minute! All the staff is very amicable and serviceable - including the bartenders at the Salty Oyster!! Happy hour (4-6pm) is fantastic - 50% off drinks and 25% off food, btw!! Our room was impeccable when we checked in, and the stay was just a breeze. We will be coming back to stay in our next trip to Key West!! โ
โOverall it was a great experience. Minor hiccup with check in, we were told 4 pm but it was a hour late because the room wasnโt ready , the shuttle was great and food was amazing! Tonya who served the morning breakfast w was so sweet and accommodating. Epitome of great customer service โ
