“Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. ”

“During my stay I was assisted by reception who were professional and very helpful by booking taxis and providing information about the area. Their security was also very thorough. It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast is also very good. Thank you for looking after me so well ! ”

“Don't expect the glamor of the lobby photo online--that is very good photography, but the reality is a bit less grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure. “세탁을 맡긴 것이 호텔의 landary 정책상 표기 되어있던 스케줄을 맞춰서 온 적이 한 번도 없고, 하루씩 늦게 세탁이 도착 하였으며, 결국 그 중에 한번은 세탁물이 도착하지 못하여 체크아웃 시간이 지연, 참석해야 하는 회의에 늦음. 호텔스닷컴으로 다 결제를 하고 갔는데도 로비에서 실수로 추가로 숙박비 결제를 함. 이를 발견하고 환불 요청을 했더니, 24시간이 지나서 신용카드 결제 취소가 안된다며 300불에 달하는 금액을 현지화 현금으로 환불 해 줌. 아침식사 부실하고 호텔내 편의시설 전혀 없음. 매우 불만족.”
