We specifically liked that its a smaller hotel so it never felt crowded and we never had an issue with getting a poolside lounger, etc. It’s one street north of the beach area so still very close to shopping, etc. "

"The management should provide parking permits in the room upon checkin. The first three days we were not provided with permit and we got a notice that the car will be towed out. And we were told by management to go use a public parking nearby. This was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. There was plenty of parking spots in front of us, but with permit. We were told to pick up permit in the office, but the office was always closed. On day 3 after much talk and complain we got the permit....
