"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. "Fantastic venue with very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. My room was huge and well fitted out, with the exception of missing a kettle to make tea in the room. The room had a lovely outlook. The included breakfast was first class with a wide range of options. The onsite bar and restaurant offered high quality food options at a range of prices. Would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced for the high quality of the experience. "
