Our room was perfect. I didn't have any complaints, even minor ones! The staff, both the ones working inside and outside, were always quick to smile and say hello. And it felt real, not like they were told to always do that. Which I appreciated. The entire property was constantly being cleaned, renewed, fixed, whatever needed doing was done right away.
